As a follow-up to our walking classroom podcast on the harvest feast shared by the Pilgrims and the Wompanoag Indians, commonly known as "The First Thanksgiving," students rotated between three stations. In the first station students wrote about, and discussed, interesting information they learned from the podcast. At the next station students identified inaccuracies in a stereotypical picture of the harvest feast. Lastly, students drew pictures of their mental image of the first Thanksgiving before and after listening to the podcast.
